I've been getting that same error myself. The single player stills works fine though. Everyone's likely to get this for the rest of the night. The ports aren't opening properly for some reason. I've got the necessary e-mails out to the rest of our scattered team, and I'm hoping to have an answer for it tomorrow.

this may be WAD, but the wrestler cards "tuck" underneath the GWF logo in the top centerof the screen. The pop-ups for things like the special match rules and chart roll results slide over the GWF logo.
It would give us a little bit more room to lay things out if the wrestler cards slid over the GWF logo.

it's just like COTG Desktop but with a couple more options and different layout. It will be fun once there are more cards and multiplayer.. for now there isn't a whole lot ya can do. I like it though 'cause COTG Desktop is what I use for my bootleg fed. Favorite option is being able to change the wrestler without going to the summoner.

The gametable does not work on my labtop computer. I cannot summon any wrestlers or click any of the option bars on Game Table. Also, the arena backrounds are missing. I tried both Firefox ver 2.0.0.04 and Internet Explorer Ver. 7. My operating system is Windows Vista Basic. I am able to access all the features of the Game Table on my other computer (XP operating system) and like the game table.
Follow up: I installed Adobe Flash player and everything seems to work fine.

After running a few matches, I clicked on the purple circle on the top right corner of a wrestler's card.
The screen froze for about 15 seconds, then I got the following pop-up.
A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 9 to run slowly. If it continues to run your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script.
I selected no, the computer just hung for another 15 seconds and the pop-up came up again. So I selected yes and my computer acted normal, but I had to restart the game table.
ETA: I was running the game on monolithic

I get this... Client Thread connecting to serverName: www.cotgonlinebeta.com portNum: 5042 an error occurred:java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect I also get a IP: (numbers follow) thing too, but this will be AWESOME once we get the official cards to play! I agree about the set-up with charts and pop ups and the cards, it needs more room for all this stuff. Other wise I really like it and the ARENA backgrounds are very cool!

This is probably my last comment for the night.
After playing around a bit, I found a layout that really works for me. It would be nice if the pop-up result box that appears when you roll off of a chart would remember where you dragged it, and pop up in that same location the next time that you rolled on a chart.
This was fun, I'll spend some more time on this tomorrow.

Once they get this system to a point where we are happy, it will be a FUN time for all... I can't wait to play people across the web, that will be FUN! I like that the CHAT LOG keeps track of the match for the most part, cool stuff. WIth all the minor details that we want changed, the CotGonline staff have done a really solid job in my view!

"Some way for Tag Team matches to automatically switch cards on the same team. So id Disaster & Encubus are tagging and Disaster is active and you click TAG, Encubus becomes active."
I don't know if this works for you, but if you hit the red (-) it will minimize the card and that gives room for the tagged in wrestler.

I must say I am SHOCKINGLY surprised (in a good way). I'll be honest, I had low expectations and now I'm trying to figure out if it's really worth it to buy the cards AND the digital sets (and pay the subsciption fee). I know it's a lot, but wow, this looks awesome! I wish there was more room on the table, (it feels cramped, can't imagine having a tag match or even a 6 man match) but other than that, I LOVE it! Oh, and for my first match, Endgame beat Encubus with a rolling figure 4.

Not sure where to put this, so sorry if this is in the wrong area, but I was noticing that in the "run-in" there's an "outside interference" and under the charts area, there's a "wrestler interference." Are these 2 things the same? It seems the rolls = the same with the couple of tries I gave it, but I noticed that both are different from the chart I JUST purchased with the ringside companion. Are there 2 different charts that are used under 2 different circumstances?
Thanks

Any chance to make the cards a little bit smaller when the table is on 'normal' size?

If you click on the Arrow (Not the blue circle arrows, the diaganol one) it will make the cards smaller. There are actually three different sizes to the cards.
Suggestion:
In COTG Desktop, if I hit the "2" key, 2 dice roll. It would be nice to add that so I don't (yes it's all about me =)) have to click the logo to roll 2 dice.
Hot Key configuration would be nice (IE I hit F1 and help comes up when implemented. I want to change it to ctrl-h for some reason. Or let's say ctrl-tab cycles through the arenas. I want to hit a single key so I change it to F2). Should make getting around the table smoother.
I didn't hit any errors other than the one everyone has (the connection refused thing). As I said before, this has been worth the wait. Excellent job gentlemen.

I know of the diagnol arrows but it still gets a bit cramped with the smallest versions available. It's not a serious problem but it can get messy if you want a match with more than 2 guys, even if you have the unused cards closed.
