1. There's a login... does that mean there going to be a monthly charge?
2. Will we have to buy the sets we've already bought on cardstock?
Thanks, Jon

I just asked this too, I'll order it too once we get an answer, but if there's a length of time involved, I want to know so I can wait to sign up for a couple weeks when I know I'll have time to play.

This Launch Package includes access to the Stat Tracker and all the aCe stuff.
Purchase the Launch Package and you will have unlimited Stat Tracker access up until the Game Table is launched (no later than Galacticon).
At that point, you'll have the option to add the Game Table to your account.
That is the time in which 'subscriptions' will officially begin. So, if you choose to purchase the Game Table at that point, you'll be asked if you'd want a 6 month or 1 year subscription to the Game Table.
The same will be in place for the Stat Tracker as well...6 month or 1 year subscription.
If you already purchased this COTGonline Launch Package that is available now, you'll already be setup as having a 6 month subscription to the Stat Tracker with no additional charge there. So, in essence, assuming that the rest of COTGonline (Game Table and GWF pack) is launched in early July, getting this first Launch Package tacks on at least another month onto your Stat Tracker subscription.
Also keep in mind that with the Launch Package comes the aCe pack...once you own any digital cards, they're yours for good. Any owned cards will be available in whatever area of COTGonline you have access too, whether it be just the Stat Tracker, just the Game Table, or both.
Prices on subscriptions and on the Game Table are yet to be determined.
Hope this helps guys.

Hmm...
Say I buy the Launch Package. If I only have the Stat Tracker at first, do I still have full access to the handbooks and the card abilities? Obviously I don't have the Game Table, but can I print the cards out and play with dice?
EDIT: From the other thread, only 2121is in print-format. That seems...odd.
And what happens when my subscription runs out? Do I lose access to the cards and books? Or are they (say) a PDF I can just save to my hard drive?

Yes, only the new cards are available in printable format, so just the 14 cards that comprise the aCe 2121 set. It is a downloadable PDF file, so you can pull it onto your harddrive and print it whenever you like, subscription or not.
If your subscription lapses, you do lose access to the Stat Tracker and all that comes with it. So you'll lose access to the Gallery, which contains all of the stats, art, and fun info for each card.

So essentially it's 30 bucks for 6 months right now?

So essentially it's 30 bucks for 6 months right now? I think this is the best way to sum it up: for $30 bucks you're getting a 7 1/2 month subscription to the Stat Track PLUS the aCe Battle for Centra game pack. ~ :-Xsk

What if we just want the stat tracker - no aCe?

What if we just want the stat tracker - no aCe? Without ANY digital game editions, the Stat Tracker is still usable, but it's SEVERELY limited... Having the Stat Tracker WITHOUT a game edition means - No inputted wrestlers, no Simulator program, no COTG Files, no Championship Committee (that formulates rankings) and no Gallery (where artwork, card backs, and character vital stats are displayed). The decision made by Filsinger Games was to package the newest aCe set (and in turn the previous two editions) WITH the Stat Tracker to create this 'Launch Package.' BY Galacticon (which is only a month a few weeks away) we will offer the GWF package as well. At that time, when the Game Table is available, it makes more sense to have each individual item available for sale. (Stat Tracker, Game Table, GWF Pack, aCe Pack). For now though, releasing the Stat Tracker WITHOUT any game editions is just not 'putting our best foot forward.' ~ :-Xsk

I've been with you guys with almost everything you have chosen to do, but not allowing a PDF for the 2019 and 2020 basically means I bought 2121 for 30 bucks and will have to shell out another 27 bucks to get the cards for 2019 and 2020.

'Inputted' aCe guys don't help me, don't need a Sim program (especially one that only plays aCe wrestlers), don't need COTG files right now, I make my own rankings and not sure why I'd want an aCe committee for my GWF game anway, and while the gallery sounds cool, again, I'll wait for a gallery on guys I actually play with and use.

Definitely appreciate the support squire. As for having to purchase aCe 2119 and 2120 in standard card form, yes, you'd have to order them seperately. As for owning the digital versions of aCe 2119, 2120, and 2121 (and this will be the same way for GWF 2119-2122), you own them for good, and will be able to "play" with them with the Game Table. Unfortunately this requires waiting the additional time until the Game Table is released. Sometime between now and Galacticon. ~ :-Xsk

Since I had no intention of buying the digital versions of any cards, sounds like the stat tracker wont be worth much to me. I had the impression previously the Stat Tracker would be a great too for managing a Fed even if you only play with real cards.

Sorry if this has already been answered. What happens to the my digital cards once my subscription lapses, if I don't renew it will I be able to still access them and play with them?

Stat Tracker works with the data that you enter, no matter how you've played the matches... the catch at first will be that it will only be fully functional for the guys that have been released for online.

Looking at what Osk said a few messages back...
"Having the Stat Tracker WITHOUT a game edition means - No inputted wrestlers, no Simulator program, no COTG Files, no Championship Committee (that formulates rankings) and no Gallery (where artwork, card backs, and character vital stats are displayed). "
I take that to mean what I can do with the Stat Tracker without digital cards is limited. Primarily that I won't be able to use the new ranking system.
So, Wildfire, are you saying that is just the case from launch to a set time, and that eventually I will be able to use the rankings with non-digital versions?

As for owning the digital versions of aCe 2119, 2120, and 2121 (and this will be the same way for GWF 2119-2122), you own them for good If your subscription lapses, you do lose access to the Stat Tracker and all that comes with it. So you'll lose access to the Gallery, which contains all of the stats, art, and fun info for each card. So you own them for good...you just can't look at them or use them without keeping the subscription running. So if you're interested in the aCe cards, but not the Stat Tracker or the Game Table, you have two options: 1. Keep paying subscription fees in order to keep access to the cards you 'own'. 2. Buy the 2121 cards digitally (expensive if that's all you want from the Launch Package) and buy the other cards physically (expensive and awkward since Storm the aCe and the aCe Collectors' Pack are no longer in the store). Thanks, but no thanks. I would happily pay a one-off fee for all the aCe stuff in downloadable PDF format, though.

So the way it sounds is that you are renting the cards as opposed to owning them because you won't be able to access them without a subscription. If that's how it is I think I'd almost rather have a PDF download for all the stuff as well, because I'd rather own them and play them when I want than rent them and only be limited to playing during my subscription. So just to be 100% clear on this, it is true that you will only be able to access the aCe cards while your subscription is running and not if it runs out? If thats true it's gonna hurt players who have a limited amount of income like myself, oh well guess we'll see .

My question is can we play matches from the first set with the first 24 wrestler cards an so on or will we have to start from the newer sets?
