Nice! i assume that it will most likely be around $30 to $50 for the initial set up...will a promoter download it or get a CD in the mail? Finally...the Steele Posse can face off against the nBo....

Sounds sweet. Though I don't have the aCe sets, I will probably wait on this until the Game Table is out and then order. Then it'll be something when I start whooping Rock from the comfort of my own home instead of driving to Minnesota.

The Long Answer: The Stat Tracker is totally interdependent of the Game Table. So you can roll your matches out on paper and dice just the way you do now and then post the results into the Stat Tracker. From there you can sort through them, search them, and share them with your buddies.

Wait until you guys see the capabilities of the Stat Tracker. Larry is a stat geek like me and totally blew me away with what he has done. This is the meat behind COTG Online. I orginally thought the gameplay area was the focal point, but now I think they are both equally as valuable to the Online experience, and curent players will find the Stat Tracker even more valuable than the game play.

Max Shield will fall to the Rock, if ya smell what I'm cookin'!?!? Know your role Jabroni! haha The best part about this, is that I won't have to look at your ugly face while I'm moping the mat with ya! heeheehee In all seriousness though, cost isn't gonna matter to me! I love this game and it's worth every penny! And all the options just boggle my mind and really inspires me to play more! I think I could easily become the next "stat geek" with stat tracker. I've always loved stats, but I'm so darn lazy to do them Ray

I'm very pleased about how things are developing, but the game table is sort of "the thing" for me. What excites me about COTGonline is the COTG feel without the time/paper/pencil investment required by the regular version. July can't come soon enough, and THANK YOU for not releasing a buggy feature just to spike initial sales (unlike cerain developers out there... ;-). I'm hoping that pricing is based around a monthly membership fee (to ensure that the game base remains stable/developes) with one-time prices for buying new sets, cards, and tables. $5/month membership with $10 per set and $3 for special cards/tables seems about right to me... just my thoughts...

BDS or Osk will have to confirm, but the plan was to have a 'stress test' the first week.. which would also function as a 1 week free trial. I'm not sure if that's changed now that the game table is not going to be ready immediately though.

The stress test was to make sure that the server didn't melt into a pile of slag under the weight of the Game Table before we launched it. Since the Game Table is getting launched at a later date, the stress test will be at a later date, as well. I'll defer any questions about pricing (which the availablity of a free trial would probably qualify under) to someone involved with the business end. Vis a vis, not me.

Osk and Tom have the final say on this, but per our last discussions, the Launch package will include a free trial of the Game play area, where we will do our stress test among the Launch Package players. Soon there after the subscription to the service will begin, once all pieces are fully tested. Those that bought the launch package will still own all of the aCe sets on COTG Online after the Launch period is over, but will need to continue to subscribe to use the Online services.
We have prices estimated at this point, but I will differ to Kris and Tom to announce those. I believe it is very reasonable given the content.
