This is a little tricier, and requires some explanation...
I used the same system on these lists, as the singles guys, with a small change.. I assumed a 'top 10" for everyone. So, 1st gets 10 points, 2nd get 9... down to 10th getting 1 point. For lists that didn't have 10 guys, those spots were just left off (1st still got 10, 22nd 9, and so on down to the last listed team) People who listed more than 10 I dropped off the extra ones, since Osk asked for top 10.
The teams are ranked by "total points" (on the 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 system as described above) instead of average, becuase I think how often the team is used is important as well as how well they do. There were 26 responses.. I'm not listing combo that were on only 1 or 2 lists.
If y'all want to see some kind of 'indivual tag rankings', that would give each 2087 wrestler a rank based on all the teams he was in, I could do that, but its some work so I'll wait on that until someone asks for it. The approach I would take is give each wrestler points once per list, for the team there's a part of that ranked highest (many people that did 10 or more teams listed guys in more than one team)
Anyway, here's the results:

2 - Greek Gods (Actagon/Proteus) - 234 points - listed 26 times - ave rank 2.00 - highest 1st (7 times) - lowest 4th
3 - Space Croppers (Renegade/Beast Rider) - 140 points - listed 22 times(85%) - ave rank 4.64 - highest 2nd - lowest 9th
4 - Royal Family (King/Queen) - 87 points - listed 12 times(46%) - ave rank 3.75 - highest 2nd - lowest 7th
5 - Killer Queen/Vanity - 76 points - listed 14 times(54%) - ave rank 5.57 - highest 3rd - lowest 9th
6 - FDF(Sam/Massif) - 71 points - listed 11 times(42%) - ave rank 4.55 - highest 2nd - lowest 6th
7 - Flying Titans (Pit Viper/Pulsar) - 70 points - listed 13 times( 50%) - ave rank 5.62 - highest 4th - lowest 8th
8 - Society of Death (Khan/Mutant) - 56 points - listed 11 times(42%) - ave rank 5.91 - highest 5th - lowest 8th
9 - Henchmen (Terror/Executioner) - 42 points - listed 6 times(23%) - ave rank 4.00 - highest 3rd - lowest 7th
10 - Executioner/Khan - 35 points - listed 5 times(19%) - ave rank 4.00 - highest 2nd - lowest 5th
11 - Lord Nexus/Pit Viper - 31 points - listed 6 times(23%) - ave rank 5.83 - highest 2nd - lowest 9th
12 - Krakan/Khan - 25 points - listed 4 times(15%) - ave rank 4.75 - highest 4th - lowest 5th
13 - King/Knight - 16 points - listed 4 times(15%) - ave rank 7.00 - highest 5th - lowest 9th
14 Star Warrior/Omega - 15 points - listed 6 times(23%) - ave rank 8.5 - highest 6th - lowest 10th
A couple other notes:
There were a few people that listed teams like "titans" and "FDF".. in those instances, I listed the ranking under the most common team to use that name.
The Space Croppers actually appeared on every list, they were just below 10th on a few
I didn't list a name for Queen and Vanity, because seemingly everyone used a different one (IIRC there were 8 different names)

Fantastic work once again by Wildfire!
Funny how you switched to the 10,9,8... countdown style as that's the method I was going to use. Turns out using it just for Tag Teams (for the reasons you mentioned) is a better way to do it.
