Being his creator and giving you the short story, originally, in 2109 I think, Colby had commissioned Doomsayer to grow him a genetically altered clone and downloaded the wrestling knowledge of the best wrestlers from the last 20 years and then Colby let him loose in the Indy's keeping down any potential threats to the newly created CPC.

This clone was killed during a 2111 (I think) BCW raid in which the USFP stormed an arena at which the BCW was holding a show at. "Colby" was accidently shot. The galaxy mourned at the loss of one of it's wealthest men, as the general public had no idea he was a clone. The real Magnus went into hiding (thus the lack of CPC updates during that period) and waited for the ramifications of his "death" to help shake apart the USFP and erode support for the wrestling ban.

The current CPC Enforcer was hired especially by Colby after he returned. Seeing the BCW as a growing threat, he allowed this wrestler to be hired by Cannibal, before unveiling he was on Colby's payroll.

Eventually, Colby got tangled in the "Group of Seven" mess and was endangered to losing his whole company. The CPC Enforcer was seen as "unnessary spending" and was blackballed from any further contact.

The CPC Enforcer eventually unmasked in mid 2119. He's since then become Cannibal's right hand man, and wrestles under the name Bloodbath.
