How did Flair and Tully end up on opposite sides of the tag match?

Dibiase originally brought the Four Horsemen into the LWF. Arn & Ole Anderson won, then lost, the American Tag Titles and then were run out of the fed. Along the way, Flair turned face and struck out on his own, and Blanchard stuck with Dibiase. Dibiase called Flair an ingrate, and the feud was on.
