Irish Heat - Yay, now that's two Irish characters in the COTG universe! A fiery brawler is always good in my book. I don't have the set yet so I can't comment on it BUT I can comment on this.... Technically Irish Heat would make the THIRD Irish character in the COTG 'Verse. Second currently active, but still... |

I thought Magnus was Scottish. At least I thought he sounded Scottish in the Mole podcast.

Wait...you might be right...I thought he was Irish, but now I think I do remember him being Scottish instead...I'm not sure now.
Edit: Well, he's not in either GWF Files and I can't find my Promoter with all the hights and weights in it, mostly cause I can't find my Promoters...so we will have to let someone else settle this.

Aye, Magnus i' Scotch! (I'm glad that came through in the podcast. It's a fun accent, but hard to keep up. Same with Irish, for me, at least. I can handle German and Russian much better!) I noticed that he wasn't listed in the GWF Files, either. Wow, what an oversight. Who edited that thing?  |

You should leave Irish accents to people who it's natural or fairly natural for. (Like the Brat)

Yeah, I know, but still, he's enough of a personality in COTG history that I should've put him on his own, too.
And it's not like I can't do an Irish accent. For my narration job I had to do about 60% of a 300 page book while doing one. It's just hard to keep it up, just like any accent, if you really want to get it to sound close to authentic.

That's very true. It's why she doesn't bust out the Irish accent too much though it's quite authentic. Still it's hard to overcome your natural accent.

I got my set yesterday, i know it's a little late. The art is great and the cards themselves are awesome. An early favorite is Darth Brooks.
