Thantos would be shocking.
Despite his legend status, I think if it was Omega, the whole writeup about rippling through all organizations and being HUGE would be WAY of an exaggeration. He's old, and frankly, his death wouldn't be a big deal at this point. So I really hope it's not him.
Matador would be a shocker. Chaos too.
Unless that writeup is way over-the-top, I'm expecting somebody younger and more 'relevant'.

The death of Thantos would also wreak a little havoc (no pun....well maybe a little) with the Mother Superior storyline too no?

I'd be mad if it was Thantos.. he still has alot of story left in him. (but perhaps that's what would make it meaningful)
Whoever it is, I hope they have a zombie card for aCe 2123 ... How awesome would Zombie Thantos and Murdok be as a tag team?

I can't really think of any of these suggestions as being very shocking though. The teaser said that this death would affect countless other organizations and also change the course of destiny for some people. Would Thantos still qualify as "one of the galaxies brightest stars?" But frankly I can't think of how almost any of the younger stars of the GWF would have any affect on the CPC, much less anywhere else. I think it must be one of the stars of the past, and a big one at that. But can any one say they would find the death of Omega or even Thantos to be very shocking. They're really OLD! i like whats in your signature man. |
