Hey,
First of all, just want to say hello to everyone.
I'm Chris. I started playing GWF back in 1993 and played up until 1999 and took a hiatus. I just started playing again after a 8 year layoff.
Myself and my friends ordered all sets from 2087 up to 2121. We decided to start playing in 2097.
We do not follow the feuds in the books if we don't want to. We make up our own feuds according to how the game sessions develop. Also, we modify all the charts to cut down on the number of disqualifications. In situations where you are forced to roll DQ, we allow the wrestler to go back to level 2 offence instead. If the wrestler chooses to risk DQ and is not DQ'ed, he/she of course rolls on level three offence.
We just finished tonight determining our Galaxian Champion (GWF Title). Here are our current champions (remember, we are still in 2097 and we use whoever we want, if they retire in the books doesn't mean we rule them out):
GWF Galaxian Champion: Vengeance GWF Solar System Champion (equivalent of Intercontinental Title): Death's Head GWF Earth Champion (maximum of +2 finisher or two (0) finishers to qualify): Vanity GWF Galaxian Tag Champs: The Aethran Police Department (Massacre & Brute)
Anyways, happy to be here and happy to be back playing this game I love so much.

Welcome back!
A common rule that is used throughout the COTGverse regarding DQ's is: rolling the DQ twice.
Meaning, if a wrestler 's DQ is 5, he/she must roll a 5 or less 2 consecutive rolls in order to be DQ'd.
I like your rule of going to level 2 offense instead of risking the DQ, too!
Anyway, just a food for thought. Good luck with the relaunch!

Thanks fellas.
Got the results from all four cards we have had so far posted in the fed section. Go have a look and fire away with any questions.

Welcome back from me as well. I agree on the two dq rolls. Guys aren't dq'ed as much as they used to be.
