In an effort not to derail the other conversation too much...
Are PWI ads still run for COTG? I don't read the magazine anymore. Seems like a great way to sell the game.

In the recent issue of Indy Circuit Pulse from which we got the official LOW cards for Timber and Trudi DeNucci, there is a full page add by Filsinger Games. The add is mostly LOW but also mentions Champions of the Galaxy. If I rememeber right, I saw this add a couple of years ago in a different wrestling magazine but I can't remember if that magazine was PWI or not.

Is there even a reason for anyone to read PWI any more?

I still own the original add out of a 1986 PWI. It's in a plastic sleeve and was even used by Tom to revive the add since he had miss placed his and didn't have it anymore. So some times it pays to be a pack rat, ;D He used it for a cover of the Promter and even gave me credit for still having it and for giving it to him.

But it wasnt the 1st one it was like #8 or something... or so I am willing to bet.

Filsinger Games doesn't currently advertise in PWI but does have a good relationship with the magazine still. No plans for an ad in the near term, but we very well might during our big marketing that is coming soon. However, as Matt eluded to PWI isn't as strong a medium as it was back in the 80's. Wrestling news websites have taken much of that market over.

Is there even a reason for anyone to read PWI any more? The PWI 500 is the only reason I get this magazine. Other than that it is too kayfabed for my tastes and always out of date by the time it is on sale in my city book shop.
