It was 1991 and I was playing some NWA dice game and I wanted more playing sheets. I called the phone number given on the sheets and alas the game only had 1 edition. Then a friend says hey in the PWI theres a game called Champions of the Galaxy. Let's get that game. So I look at the ad and I decide to get every edition they had at once. The rest is history!

It was either the end of 1987 or beginning of 1988 and my brother use to get PWI. I saw the ad and sent my cash in the mail for the set. I actually didnt play the way it was suppose to be played until the thrid set was out.

For me like so many uit was the PWI ad with Spike. Stil lmy favorite drawing. I remember buying the first set and then seeing that a weestler named Iron Manewould be feuding with Spike. I thought is her a rocker guy? LOL Anyways i would buy a set every so often, finally stopping and when i moved to Miane i realized i lost all my older sets. I started reordering like crazy, almost weekly. I got up to 2102. I have since made it to 2119 in the GWF and 2120 for the CPC with all but 1 of the classic sets.
