Ok I finally got my edition, not bad but not as good as the hype.
STORYLINES
#1 Wolf returns ... ok whoo
#2 The Mother Superior angle, I smell not one but two rats here. Not only is Mother Superior not their mother but I think her and someone else are in on it. I'm sensing a turn but a Bloodline or Star Warrior heel turn! I don't think Encubus knows who is mother really is, either does Thantos. Thantos hired Sultanna though to find out who this girl is. I think it's Bloodline's older sister or girlfriend. Yeah Im throwing out a second illegitemate kid of Star Warrior, but I think it's his girlfriend. Encubus is going to need help and WHAM ... payback (you like how I did that)
#3 I really like the Endgame idea, and I think I can make the prediction that 2123 will be Civil War 2123. Makes sense and I see Gladiators and Eugenics becoming some sort of allies next year only because it will be Endgames side vs everyone else. If Wolf is coming back why not feud him with Endgame for a year. If Tom wants a shocking twist he'll have Endgame end Wolf because of his ways.
#4 How do you kill Vengeance, possibly the greatest Gladiator ever, possibly greatest character in this game? Maybe it was a fake? Or maybe Dark Menace has Vengeance's brain?
#5 Amazing Mann retires ... I cried ... literally, enjoy retirement buddy. Get some rest, you will be missed ...
CARDS
#1 HAVOC - Nice art, good stats, glad I planned on pushing him
#2 DRURY - Struggling in my fed, NEEDED this card!!
#3 DAIYMO - Surprised I like this card, dont know where to use him yet.
#4 US MALE - Another one I'm kind of surprised with, good addition to my returning cruiserweight division
#5 BETRAYER - Never a big fan, but I love the art and the stats are better so he also gets a shot in the new cruiserweight division
#6 MALKUTH - Already a big tag star in my fed, him and Panther Warrior face tough competition but I think they can go in this division
#7 RETRIBUTION - More good artwork, I don't know what I want to do with him. Maybe feud with Nosfera but I would rather have Nosfera drop weight and compete in cruiserweight cause the heavyweights are POUNDING him.
#8 WOLF - Kind of reminds me of Necros, I'm scared of putting him as Disasters henchmen but I don't have much of a choice. He has never been good in a leader or loner role for me, but he is AWESOME as someones #2.
#9 STRAFE - Is a rookie so I don't expect much, don't mind the artwork but the stats will make her no match for Phantasy or She Devil.
#10 VIDTEK - Only this low because of stats, sorry Adam, I like the guy and want to push him but I am a little scared of him getting owned
#11 MONOLITH - dont like the art, won't use the card but i have it ...
CIVIL WAR 2123
Cards - Swarm (STAR card), one more Gatekeeper card but with a seperate chart that you roll to see what persona comes out. I do like the idea of all the people he fought forming a team though.
