How I'm setting up my "Z"

I was thinking about how to set up my GWFZ, and I've decided to rewrite where the fed came from and why the talent seems to be so much more "Hardcore" than the standard GWF roster.
Effective from here on out, my GWFZ will be known as GWFX, GALAXIAN WRESTLING FEDERATION: EXTREME.
The CECW (Cosmic Extreme Championship Wrestling) was founded in 2119 by several former GWF stars, namely Nefarus, Max Shield and real life girlfriend, Sniper. Nefarus and Max would assemble a talent pool from all over the cosmos, giving new wrestlers a chance to shine, and old wrestlers a chance to be reborn. Finacial problems arose in late 2120, when the GWF, seeing the CECW as a potential feeder system for its own ranks, began pouring money into it. As time went on, deals fell apart. Bills began to pile up. Max and Nefarus realized they weren't going to sustain their federation.
Once again, the GWF stepped in. In effect, the GWF "bought" the CECW without even trying. The loans they had given Max had amassed to over 69% of what the CECW owed. The talent, tapes, and equipment were all turned over to the GWF front office.
As 2122 neared, the GWF, sensing that something could be done with the former CECW, renamed the promotion as a seperate brand. The GWFX. These would be a smaller, almost carnival sized shows. There would be no teams, no tag belts, and almost no rules. Only two titles would be up for grabs. The GWFX Championship which will be defended 2 out of 3 Falls, and the Holovision Championship.
There have not been any revelations about a commissioner. Although talk has been widespread.
Killprey, Daimyo, Retribution, Nosfera & Omen have been assigned to the Roster as an added (part time) attraction. Other GWF stars may make random apparences.
