If you just sent the email yesterday, not sure why after only a day you're worried about not getting a response to it, especially on a weekend. Either call directly or PM Todd. Either way, I'm sure it will get taken care of.

Tom had a family emergency, should be home late today, early tomorrow. Its understandble if things are a bit delayed then, I'm still waiting on my Game Table approval.
