Can somebody make this clear for me and others who may not know - What does the person in parenthesis mean after the person who eliminated someone?
Example (1st Elimination)-
1-Havoc(1) by BDS (Mike McKinney)
I can figure out that Havoc was eliminated by BDS, but how did McKinney play into this elimination? Thanks.

The name in parenthesis is the person who's vote eliminated the wrestler
EXAMPLE
Havoc by BDS(Mike McKinney)
Mike M voted to boot Havoc and keep BDS
His vote eliminated Havoc. One of his keepsis choosen to be the man to eliminate him
