This is not for the squeamish but I just wanted to show anyone interested how F'ed up my leg is.
Believe it or not this is three surgerys for blood clots , 14 1/2 total hours worth of surgerys.

yeeeeeeaaaaaoooouuuuuccccchhhhhh! That is not pretty. Blood clots huh? My grandma just went to the hospital a couple weeks ago for blood clots in both legs. Thankfully for her, it wasn't nearly this severe.
Good luck with the healing process bro, and let me know if you want to get revenge on that shark.

I'm just going to tell people it's a shark attack scars. Come on, Butch. You can come up with a better story than that! I've got a recent scar on my lower back from some amateur Chinese medicine technique gone wrong that literally burned a hole through my skin. I tell people that one time when it was cold in my apartment, I decided to keep warm by lighting a ring of candles around my bed, but then I fell asleep before remembering to put them all out, and then I accidentally rolled over on one of them and woke up screaming when I realized that my blanket also caught fire. I don't know if it's a good thing that people could actually believe that I would do such a thing. |

Hey Kev, that looks pretty nasty. I had some surgery done in February and 4 days later I am bleeding and I am back in the hospital and when the doctor looks at the wound all he said was "I am not going to touch you and I am getting a surgeon" The surgeon told me I had blood clots and I could lose my leg from the hip down in a worst case scenario and best case I would just have slight loss of feeling at the incision after it healed. And I also found out that they can't sew up a wound that has already been cut open. I was at home and able to touch my femur, that really grossed out the wife. For me I had a good surgeon and I barely lost and feelings and you dude you lost a toe. That tops any story I had. I would stick with a shark attack story though. Just make it a small reef shark that is more believable.

Glad all is okay with you. Don't hide the scar with pants, even if it's friggin 10 below! In the dead of winter you should show them off!! That scar should be like a trophy to you!

Those pics were taken just last week and I'm already walking without crutches ( limping but hey ) and I'm going back to work next week. How friggin' tough am I?!  or dumb, should milk the system for all it's worth. ;D Nope, not my style, back to work I go. |

Not even limping now and it's only been what three months. Dropped twenty-five pounds and quit smoking. I'll be ready for that race Havoc and even is I do win, you can still go home with Neily. And for Gods sake stop beating that dead horse! ;D |
