Wrestler interference or outside interference

This is probably mundane, but are these charts different, and when would you use one or the other? I just noticed that in the CotGonline game table (stress test) that the outside interference is different than the wrestler interference I just recently purchased with the rinside companion. (I checked to make sure it was more than just a name change, the rolls mean something different too). Is this just an updated wrestler interference chart or what?Thanks ;D

I use the outside when he has a manager/valet at ringside and use the wrestler one when his tag partner or ally (not a manager) is at ringside with him
