That photo is all over the net. Almost every site I go on has one guy with it as his avatar - From the Diamond Club on Baseballmanager to Sherdog, I've seen it tons of times but still doubt it's validity.

On the Diamond Club of the awesome fantasy BB website Baseballmanager, their is guy who has used it as his picture for a couple of years now. Ironically, he's a Cardinals fan. J/K ;D
As an aside, if anyone wants to be in a super cool indepth fanasy league this is the place. It's pricy and you don't win anything good but it is still worth it.

As an aside, if anyone wants to be in a super cool indepth fanasy league this is the place. It's pricy and you don't win anything good but it is still worth it. Ummmm....whats the point of that. More work for less of a reward? |

More work for less of a reward? Trust me. You play a complete 162 game schedule with actual games played every night. You control your lineups, rotation, releivers, subs,etc. |

That's Brian Peppers who suffers from some sort of disease which causes him to look very odd. He is indeed a sex offender, and he's legit. Snopes.com has his story covered.
He became something of an Internet Celebrity a few years ago when his image was posted online (as a sex offender) and teens started using him as their avatar, making sites dedicated to him, and mocking him repeatedly.
