I'm going to run my GWFZ fed with all the fan created cards over the years. I was just wondering if I am missing any of the CAC cards?
I know about:
Promoter Madness set
Kati "The Samoan Warrior"
Comedy
Tragedy
Halcon Oro
Varsity
Sabre
Rush (don't have this one yet)
Payback?? (created at a G-Con? Is that right?)
Are there any others?

Payback was inspired at G-Con but he was released in a regular set. The rest are right.

Are they meant to be used with a specific time period in the game or can you just use them in any period you feel like? |

They actually have "official" debut years. They can be found in the GWF files 2nd edition.
My Fed is in 2103, and I've yet to see any of the CAC's mentioned in a story line, so I don't think that it would be a big deal to use them when you see fit.
Off the top of my head:
Kati 2098ish
Theatre of Pain somewhere around 2101
Halcon Oro 2106
I don't know about the rest, but they are all after 2108.

I plan to order the CAC Cards today and I already have some ideas for them, some of which may change depending upon how far I am along when the cards actually arrive. Halcon Oro for example seems like a perfect addition to the ranks of the Galactic Heroes, perhaps a slightly goofy one. Definetly going to feud with the Masked Assassins when they show up. "They defile the proud tradition of masked wrestling, IT'S NOT RIGHT! Halcon Oro shall end thier insult to this proud tradition....LUCHARAN!!!!" Kati the Samoan Warrior on the other hand seems more like hired muscle for the likes of Thantos or Krakan. He'd likely be a good fit for the Society of Death, though what happens after they break up I have no idea. *Kati yells a lot in Samoan, the Promoter doesn't have a translator though, so he's got no idea what Kati's saying.* Yes, this is gonna be fun.  |

I loved Kati. For me, he had a good run as a mad heel aligned with Draconian Sheik, and then one at the other end of the spectrum as a huge face in the FDF. Very versatile character IMO.

Well at the moment admittedly, I'm going by the pictures of the characters and Kati looked sinister to me. Also two of my favourite wrestlers currently are Umaga and Samoa Joe which probably also helped inspire the 'violent Samoan heel' vibe for Kati. |

I restarted my Fed a while back and held off using Kati until 2099. In my current Fed he had a good record in limited action in 2099. He was picked up by the FDF in 2100 and had a brief run as the IP Champion. He was lured away by the CPC in 2101. He slumped and got lost in the roster shuffle. He warmed up in 2102, breaking into the GWF Hardcore Rankings. He's still with the CPC in 2103, but the leaner and meaner CPC isn't working out to well for him. With Janus, Matador of M83 and newcomer Terminus getting all of the attention Kati is feeling a bit neglected, it remains to be seen if he jumps ship in 2104. |

How have they done? I have high hopes for the Theatre of Pain myself, should make excellent additions to the tag ranks and if they aren't perfect for the Masked Assassins I don't know who is. |

Just Theatre of Pain. They have a 4-6 record, but have gone up against tough competition.
And they are part of the Masked Assassins. ;D
They really are a perfect fit, and I like Enigma and Manslaughter much better as singles wrestlers.
