tell them to open one here in ithaca ny then we'll see. Ithaca Cuisine leaves a little something to be desired...although if it wasn't for my Brothers from the Cornell Hotel School opening some restaurants in the city, it would have been even worse. Three things I miss from Ithaca...Pines Burger, bagels from Collegetown bagels and greek food from the Slovoki House. Can't get anything as good as either of those in New Jersey. Now back home on Long Island...thats a different story.

Salmon Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo Chicken Cordon Bleu Most things that I don't have to cook myself
I also love Italian food, and will put ketchup on just about anything, but ironically, I hate raw tomatoes.
I'm always on the go, so I eat out a lot. Quizno's is my favorite place for a quick sandwich.

As an Italian, I am obligated to answer pasta and lots of it. Any kind, but especially rigatoni. With marinara sauce that's as spicy as maximum safe human dosage allows.
Love calamari as an appetizer to anything, one that's the best combination of crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Also like swordfish steak (the quintissential "tastes like chicken" seafood), pizza (pretty much local establishments only--the only national chain that's worth a damn is Sbarro), southwestern chicken and Reuben sandwiches, and--as a snack--frozen pizza bites.
As for actual healthy stuff, nothing beats plain old bananas. Spaghetti squash is great, too.

Steak. Medium rare to rare with vegetables. I could eat it 6 times a day for the rest of my life.
