And you think some of the stuff Vince does is stupid... When it comes to Japanese wrestling, you don't know the half of it. I've seen ladders win championships, rings explode at the drop of a hat, Toshiaki Kawada singing romantic J-Pop (he's actually quite good) and a scrawny Village People reject named Razor Ramon Hard Gay become a household name. It can get pretty weird. And I heard about the girl before. Pretty funny stuff. |

It was in a promotion called DDT. They have a Hardcore championship (I may be wrong but it could be called the Heavy Metal title) which is defended 24/7. When one of the guys won the belt he hid in the hallway and fell asleep. A ladder miraculously just fell on him, a ref appeared and counted to 3. The ladder successfully defended the title in multi-man matches several times (mainly because each title match has a 10 minute time limit). Until the ref brought along her pet dog and had it pin the ladder backstage after one of its matches. So last I heard, DDT's hardcore champion is a girl's pet dog. I'll try and find it on Youtube.

Dramatic Dream Team.
From what I've read about the fed, it's not your typical Japanese wrestling promotion. It's ran in a very "sports entertainment" style way.
That probably explains some of the foolishness.
The thing is, I think when most of these feds from the rising sun do stupid stuff, it's on purpose and intended to be funny. When Vince does it...well..it just ends up that way.

The thing is, I think when most of these feds from the rising sun do stupid stuff, it's on purpose and intended to be funny. When Vince does it...well..it just ends up that way. I think some of the things the WWE sets up is intended to be funny, it's just that since the WWE is one of, if not the top wrestling federation in the world some people think it has to be a bit more serious to suit its position. |

From what I can see it's Lum Kaicho I have to get one of those 666 Pro Wrestling shirts haha Are you sure that's her name, Jonny? When I used the language conversion program on Google to translate the official Triple X site ( www.triplesix.jp), it said her name was Ram and she was the Chairman of 666 Pro Wrestling (whatever that means). That's why I put the name RAM, 666 CHAIRMAN on her "official" bootleg card. I just want to make sure I got the name right. |

Oh I could be wrong.... just read that from another site edit: www.lolitron.org/2007/05/17/worlds-strongest-loli/at the 2:22, then the 2:05 mark the announcer says "Lum Kaicho" pretty clearly. edit2: she's also refereed to as "Lum-chan", "chan" being a suffix used in Japan for children and loved ones. So she may have gone through a name change (which happens a lot in these wacky feds) but her name in this video is definitely Lum Kaicho. |
