Yes, exactly what I was thinking. Would be a cool start to the team too -- I like Dead Ringer a lot.

Sultana as manager of the new Masked Assassins? But she doesn't even wear a mask!
Teams that break up often become stronger after the fact. The Big Things will probably have to split, because I don't see them hanging with the Titans, Stars & Stripes, or the Troubleshooters. I don't much care for Gryt, but there is a lot of untapped storyline that they could go in the ways of the Betrayer still, and an updated singles card and more character development could really do the trick.

I think the Betrayer is all around underrated. I hope he develops more. He's not a half bad wrestler as it is.

anybody start wondering about who will be leaving in 2122? I would say that Gryt and Antak are on the chopping block, but in the past couple of years a couple of higher profile people have left the GWF too. I'm going to go with Tauran, as Epoch has his hands full keeping Monolith in check that he doesn't really need a feuding partner.

I heard Monolith is a good singer. Have him duet with Toshiaki Kawada. It might destroy the space and time cosmos but it will be worth it. I hope Tauran will develop into a main eventer.

Tauran's got too interesting a storyline.......mind you I think it's time for Tauran to move to a new feud...but that's a different story.

Tom likes to try to keep the roster to a manageable size, but he's gotten rid of many of the older wrestlers already. It's hard to guess which of the upper tier wrestlers might be taking some time off in the game, but it's worth a guess that Tauran takes a brief break, and then comes back with a younger update. No one else has even attempted to conjecture which stars may not be in the promotion in 2122.

Who is the oldest guy in the fed right now? Antak? We are pretty sure he's gone. After him, Bloodline might be the longest tenured active wrestler at around 13 years. Disaster and Encubus have about 10 years in there. Can't think of anyone else who has been there a really long time off the top of my head.

Based on his 2119 pic, I thought he already was a female gladiator. ;D You just made the list buddy. OMG that was too funny!

I definately think Antak is gone... I could see Tanck leaving as well (maybe he's not happy with the new gimmick) from a story standpoint, but I know Tom tries not to have 1 year cards.
Epoch getting overthrown by Monolith and the Dark Menace could work, but the problem there is Epoch is a too cool a character to get rid of, IMO, but it would be really hard to bring him back in a year or two as a face.
I could also see either AM or US Male leaving, I find them to be kinda stale..its too bad it seems most people had the Big Things losing the milky way tourney.. they were the team I most wanted to stay together... I would have much preferred S & S or the Troubleshooters...
then again, maybe the people here had different results than those mailing stuff in (I can hope, right?)
For updates, I think Drury is a definate, and I'd say Swarm is very likely.
I'd like to see Amazing Mann get an upgraded face card, but I'm not sure where he's go. I also really want to see Tristan upgraded (since the 2119 booklet claims he's not fully recovered from Betrayer attacking him) to sorta complete that story.

There is a new spolier in Tom's Brain on the main website right now, that could provide some insight.

VIDTEK returns to action with The TroubleShooters! Latasha leaves? Who is RETRIBUTION? I'm betting he is The GateKeeper and Dead Ringer in a different disguise.

This is from "Tom's Brain":
VIDTEK will be interviewing the likes of Gryt and the Betrayer, newcomer RETRIBUTION, Valour and Lorelei, Kill Prey and Shann-Ra, and finally U.S. Male.
So, Gryt and Betrayer are still together? And Where's American Guy??

I don't think they'll necessarily be together. BTW, looks apparent that Sultana will definitely have a team with her in 2122.

I predict Swarm and Payback will formally recognize their manlove and form a tag team called the Detroit Posse. They'll become one of the biggest heel teams in the GWF. Oops, that's not a Subversion prediciton, nevermind. Just kidding guys.
