WWE has been going after Lesnar to try to make it so that he can't compete in NJPW until their lawsuits are finalized. The judge just decided that he will allow Brock to continue wrestling for New Japan.

EXTRA EXTRA!
Brock Lesnar will defend the IWGP Heavyweight Title against former sumo great Akebono on March 19. This will be Lesnar's 2nd defense of the Title.

I love brock lesnar. i would much rather see him in japan than in the united states where his skills will be wasted. Hopefully he will help new japan make a comeback. although a brock lesnar-samoa joe feud in tna would be horrorshow.

I agree...but the horrorshow would be Brock ruining Samoa Joe's build up in a matter of one match. This would only work if Samoa Joe wins the NWA Title, defends it for a good 10-12 months, and then is pitted against Brock in a NWA Title v. IWGP Title match...where Joe would put up a great fight, and even surprise Brock a bit before Brock would just destroy Joe with The Verdict.
As much as I like Joe, a win over Brock just wouldn't make a lot of sense. Maybe after losing to him 2 or 3 times...but not on the first try.

If Samoa Joe ever faced Brock Lesner and the match booker had Lesner job, they should be shot in the head! ;D

If Samoa Joe ever faced Brock Lesner and the match booker had Lesner job, they should be shot in the head! ;D I agree, Samoa Joe is alright but putting him over Brock would be nuts. Joe's whole thing is about overpowering guys with kicks, punches, and chokes if I saw this working on Brock Lesnar I'd lose all faith in the product i was watching. I think it'd be pretty cool to see Joe's style against a guy like Benoit though.

Courtesy of Wrestling Observer The Brock Lesnar vs. Giant Bernard (A-Train) match for the IWGP title takes place late tonight in Fukuoka, Japan. I would suspect if Lesnar loses, this would be his last match and he'd be going full-time with MMA. If not, he's going to try and do both.
LWPD (with gates having dropped with Lesnar on top...the Golden Goose New Japan payouts may be about to dry up...if he signs with K1 he'd come out a major winner in the immediate term)Brock Lesnar at recent K1 Show

To clarify - an article I read on Live Audio Wrestling as the source, the WWE and Brock Lesner had their differences settled in court. Per the judgment, Brock can not wrestle professionally in North America for the remainder of his contract with WWE (I do not know the length - someone jump in here). However, he can compete in any form of mixed martial arts (boxing, UFC, etc) in Northa America, and is free to wrestle in the remaining six continents, including Japan. So it looks like he could be the hottest import to Japanese wrestling since The Funks!
Carry on...
