For what it's worth, the 2/23 show in Dayton featured exactly two matches that could be construed as "guys jumping around," and one of those--the 6-man Mayhem Match--had better psychology than anything you'll see on television nowadays.
That said, ROH is far better than TNA. Other things better than TNA:
Raw
Smackdown
Pre-Russo and post-Russo WCW
World Class when Eric Embry was its top babyface and running shows in front of 150 people in the Sportatorium
The Half-Hour News Hour
The Tony Danza Show
The Weather Channel, during a 65-degree cloudless spring day
The Yule Log
And possibly some other programming I'm forgetting.

An ROH match usually is more entertaining than any match you'll see on RAW these days. Reason one is because the wrestlers actually have vast movesets unlike their WWE counterparts. Which believe it or not, really can add to the enjoyment of the match. Reasons two and three are psychology and work rate. These guys bust their asses during their matches and are able to tell a story during them. They don't need a team of TV writers writing angles for them to tell a story. They can do it all in the ring. Which is much more impressive then having guys recite lines from a script. IN ROH, the WRESTLING comes first, and thats the way it should be in a wrestling company.
Sometimes its fun the watch guys flop around, especially when they know what they're doing. Highspot wrestling definitely has it's place, and when worked in correctly ,can really add a change of pace to a wrestling show.
