It seems the should DX reform poll . Looks to be basically split between a new look DX & never . So if the new look DX did reform , who would you have in it ?

Personally I think that the DX reunion at Vengeance will just be HHH and HBK. If they were to add someone else, I would say it would be a Diva...although I have no idea who that would be. I guess Victoria could fill the Chyna role best out of the current crop, but most likely it would be a new Diva.

I say Masters.
Even though I think the incarnation of DX would be as faces, I think he fits the best. He's got that swagger and cockiness essential to any DX member.
I'm not sure why half of these guys are on this poll - Eugene, McMahons, Viscera, Umaga, Val Venis - I don't see how these guys could fit into DX.

Chris Masters needs all the help he can get. He might be the best canidate, but I agree with TM. It'll just be Trips & HBK.

Honestly I think that Edge could fill that role pretty well. Shelton would have been my second choice. I think Shelton could pull off that cocky attitude pretty well.

Honestly I think that Edge could fill that role pretty well. pike, Edge is a big enough heel on his own. He doesn't "need" the help. In fact, being a backseat member of a faction would probably bring his heat down. Orton & Batista needed it in Evolution, Road Dogg & Billy Gunn needed it in DX, 27 other guys needed it in the NWO, but Edge...no. |

I realize that Edge doesn't need to be teamed with HHH and HBK but he is the only one that I really think would work with the "new" dx. How lame would dx be with Chris Masters and Carlito as members.

I think DX shouldn't reform. It's only going to cause HHH and HBK to fight again down the road. If you did add another member, I'd say X-Pac should come back. I thought he fit in rather well in DX, and I've always liked him. Plus a Diva.

I'd throw Masters into the mix. He needs the push because he has a good look and a good gimmick, but no personality. He's the Lex Luger of the new millenium. I could see him fitting in with DX as the "muscle" to do the dirty work for HBK and HHH.
It wouldn't hurt to throw in a Diva for the eye candy factor. Some new blood would definitely be needed for the role.

Its so on now.... after watching RAW (5/8)... its coming soon. I have my own hopes for who will join the new DX but its looking like it will be Cena now. Anyone have any predictions? ~Eve

If HHH/HBK reform DX it will be as faces and probably with a diva as everyone else said. Masters wouldn't fit because I've never seen a face team need "muscle".
IMO DX won't work unless they have a group to go against. If they are going to be faces; who do they have to fight with? Another incarnation of Vince McMahons squad? Ehh.

DX reformation makes me nauseous. If they put it back together, it will tank. The only team that ever came back together with any measure of success was The Four Horsemen, and that was because it was a quality team concept that could fit in during any time frame. The idea of the most talented rulebreakers band together to dominate their organization and hold all of their title belts got attention. DX was very much a product of the late 90's South Park humor meeting nWo attitude. I can't see it carrying over into the cynical post Terrorist decade.
And if they call it the New Degeneration X, we're doomed!!!
