Who was the best Bobby The Brain Heenan Family member ?

Although Ric Flair and Andre The Giant (briefly on The Main Event) captured the World Championship, my personal favorite member of the Heenan Family is probably Paul Orndorff. I guess Harley Race does not count since virtually all of his success came in the NWA before he was managed by Heenan. Although Rude and Patera were also great, when it comes to the Heenan Family, I think I personally prefer the earlier WWF wrestlers such as Orndorff, Big John Studd, King Kong Bundy, and Ken Patera. Then before that there is also Nick Bockwinkle (who I've paired everyday in my LOW fed with Heenan for the past year) and guys like the Blackjacks.

I think Rick Rude was the best. He was the 1st Family Member to capture a title. That's historic. Plus, although Orndorff feuded with Hogan, everyone knew that he was never gonna win the title. Rude's feud with The Ultimate Warrior was one where you thought Rude could win the title (especially because he beat Warior for the I-C title at WM 5).

Plus Rude was the most charismatic Family member. (I don't count Flair because there wasn't really a Family when he was there). I think they put some guys with Hennan because they were good wrestlers but weren't good on the mic, so they let Heenan handle that.

For me, it's between Rude and Perfect. When I was a kid, I didn't like Rude, but I HATED Perfect. Smug, arrogent, a master on the mic. I remember when he was feuding with Hogan and the Genius beat him by countout (SNME?) if I remember right, and Perfect took a hammer to the Heavyweight title. I was in shock, back then that was right up there with Earthquake squashing Damien. I couldn't believe anyone would destroy the Heavyweight title. I'll go with perfect.

On a side note: Man I miss the Heenan Family.
