Another tough list but I went with the R R Express
My top 5 are
1-Rock and Roll Express
2-Harlem Heat
3-Rude Fernandez
4-Rhodes Magnum T.A.
5-Doom
Also Steamboat Youngblood were an awesome team and could have been great if Jay Youngblood hadn't did so young

I consider Harlem Heat WCW's greatest Tag Team. If they were not the Champions, they were always in the Title picture. Their major feuds seemed to revolve around the Championship.
Rude and Fernandez were a great team that not a lot of people remember. I like them because they were feuding with The Rock & Roll Express, and I could not stand the R&R Express!
