I chose foreign just because it could be interesting. How bout getting a mix of guys like Muta, Tenyru from Japan, some guys from Mexico, maybe a European wrestler...and to be honest....wouldn't Canada fall under "foreign" (ahem Bret "cough" Hart)

Yeah, I have been wanting an international set, as I call it, that has guys from all over the world. That way we could get some from Japan, Mexico, Canada, Russia (Koloff), Europe and a few from the US just to round it out.

of the choices listed, of course I would love to have an international set. The hardcore and vintage sets were great sets, but we've sort of played out the whole eras thing. And while it would be nice to have more tag teams in the game, the concept of Legends Teams doesn't excite me that much either. What would you call this set though. Legends World?

yes I would like to see an all foreign set as well so we could get Bret Hart, Ultimo Dragon, maybe El Santo and others from around the world.

Iwould love to have an 80's set. Ric Flair when he was THE MAN, Magnum T.A., Nikita Koloff , Gino Hernandez, Chris Adams, The Von Erichs, The Freebirds, Andre the Gaint, Jerry Lawler, Midnight Rockers, Buck Zumhoff, Bret Hart, Owen hart, just to name afew. I rthink the 80's set should be made since it started the whole thing to be what it is today, but that is just my view of things.

I'd love an international set; maybe 1-3 wrestlers from different areas like Japan, Canada, England, Africa, etc. Maybe call it, "Legends Abroad."
Take care,
Jay

Maybe we can get the Jack Verano (sp) to make Cory happy finally if it was an International set.
Just my picks for international (and granted, I'm not up to speed on that much foreign stuff (Mexico, England)
1) Tatsumi Fujinami 2) Justin Liger 3) Great Muta (split card) 4) Tenryu 5) Masa Chono 6) Bret Hart 7) Jack Verano (would be an interesting card. Regular card: PIN rating 9(6), PIN rating in DR: 4(1) 8) Carlos Colon 9) Abdullah the Butcher (he is from the "Sudan") ;D 10) Let's get a tad crazy and have Big Daddy Shirley Crabtree and 11) Giant Haystacks 12) hmmm..one more Mexican guy...I'll have to think of it

Been from England , it has to be Foreign set . I mean there are guys like Mick McManus . Les Kellett , Pat Bomber Roach ,Rollerball Rocca , Dave Fit Finlay , Drew McDonald , Kendo Nagaski , Giant Haystacks (my hero) etc . Even a female the huge Liverpool's own Klondyke Kate . Though not just UK . There is Japan & Mexico etc . (Ps) But Big "Easy Easy" Daddy please god no ! . He wouldn't last 2 minutes in real life wrestling .

I don't know if Tom could get enough guys to do a reasonable foreign set. (That would be a logistics nightmare I'd imagine) so I voted an eras set. an all 70s or all 80s set would be very cool.

I'd go with an 80s set. I'm partial because that's when I got into wrestling. The Freebirds, The Von Erichs, Magnum TA, Tully Blanchard, Etc.

I think that most sets should have a good mix of characters in order to appeal to the most customers...then again that is the business side of me saying that not the fan side. I personally mostly like the 80's wrestlers because thats what I grew up with and would be perfectly happy if each set just covered that era. But having a mix of international, golden age, territory age and modern is best because everyone gets what they want.

I have a few ideas for sets. I know not everyone will be interested in every set, but they're something different. I used wrestlers as examples even if Tom couldn't get the, just to give an idea of the set. Also, I think no matter what, Tom should always include 1-3 cards that don't fit the theme.
Legends Fatale...All-women set! (Rockin' Robin, Madusa)
Legends Monsters...All big guys (Andre, Earthquake)
Legends War!...Includes wrestlers who violently feuded with each other, or with those already in the game (Bruno vs. Ivan Koloff, Ultimate Warrior (vs. Rude), Srgt. Slaughter (vs. Iron Sheik), Ric Flair vs. Dusty Rhodes)
Legends Personas...Non-wrestling set; includes commentator card (with randon events), manager cards, referee card, and even a federation president card.
Legends Grapplers...Top grapplers, submission wrestlers, and shoot fighters (Shamrock, Hart, Regal, Benoit)
Just my thoughts.
Take care,
Jay

I'd personally like to see an all-womens Legends set, since there's only two women wrestlers currently in the LWF. I'm resorting to using BJ George's bootlegs of Chyna, Trish Stratus, Madusa, June Beyers, Luna Vachon, and the Fabulous Moolah, just to round out the women's roster.

I would love to see an all woman Legend set as would a few others that I know of But the problem is finding 10-12 woman wrestlers to sign We have Penny Banner and Luna Vachon(Probably) already and I am sure we can get Vivian Vachon as well I'd personally like to see an all-womens Legends set, since there's only two women wrestlers currently in the LWF. I'm resorting to using BJ George's bootlegs of Chyna, Trish Stratus, Madusa, June Beyers, Luna Vachon, and the Fabulous Moolah, just to round out the women's roster.

That is the problem with an all international set too. It could be hard to get all those people from all over the world to sign. I imagine that an all cruiser set or another era set would be more likely. A promotion wars one would be cool as well. It could have guys from WCW and WWF. Would be very fun.
