16 triple wide. And it's true what they say...big feet = paying more for shoes. Damn it.

16 triple wide. And it's true what they say...big feet = paying more for shoes. Damn it. LOL...I don't know if they one where you live, but I do my shoe shopping at a place called Shoe Carnival. They always seem to have my size, although it is sometimes limited. But the prices are always nice. Tennis shoes are much easier than dress shoes. It just sucks, but when I hit high school, I started wearing a 14. Going for sports physicals, the docs always said, "Oh, you'll be about 6-5". I am 6-2, so I'm not short, but really would have loved to hit the 6-5 mark!

The doctor for my basketball physical in high school felt I'd get to 6'8" give or take. And given that I was 14 and 6'2" it seemed likely. But I stopped growing soon after, topping out at 6'4".
We used to have a shoe carnival near, but they closed the store. For a bit Payless was carrying shoes up to 16, and that was great. I'm a SUPER cheap skate when it comes to clothing and shoes, so 2 pair of New Balance for 20 bucks (buy one, get one) was fine and dandy. But they cut back to 13.
Now my choices are the big and tall shop (I pretty much have to get dress shoes and boots there) and getting my tennis shoes at a store called Mr Allens which carries big sizes but it's about as ghetto as it gets.

Jim, you're about as frightening as a basket full of kittens. A basket of kittens killed my father. It's still a painful memory. I'd prefer it if you didn't dredge it up.

OK, enough about shoe sizes. Back to the subject at hand. Havoc rules!!! Bah, you just envy real men like me and offy! The doctor for my basketball physical in high school felt I'd get to 6'8" give or take. And given that I was 14 and 6'2" it seemed likely. But I stopped growing soon after, topping out at 6'4". Hey, 6-4 isn't too bad. I hear Avril Lavigne is like 5-2 We used to have a shoe carnival near, but they closed the store. I tried a Payless, but the damn shoes killed my feet. Yeah, I'm cheap on my clothes as well! I'm pretty much Target or Old Navy! Yeah, and the big and tall stores as well so I can get the XL or 2X in longs! See, this is all about real men Havoc!
