STATEMENT FROM DAVE'S ATTORNEY Speculation is that weapons grade uranium 238 provided by my client killed Swarm. That speculation is highly false and is very inflammatory. My client has not sold, give, or provided nuclear materials to anyone since those fake charges of providing nuclear weapons to the Aethrans were filed last year by the authorities . My client will be find innocent of those charges. Lawsuits will be filled against anyone speculating that my client provided the weapons grade uranium 238 to the killers of the beloved Swarm. I................wait I'm not an option! Cool! I was all ready to defend myself and stuff because of all the things I've said about Swarm in the past regarding the TNA boards and his general conduct, but we had gotten over that these past few weeks.....still can't believe he's gone *sniffle*.
Plethador did it but was probably also killed in the blast as he was dehydrated from all the work wiring the bomb and couldn't get away in time.
