It may just be out here... Ive lived in OK and TX and theyre all over. It's a drive-in... you drive up and order your food and they bring it to you. Best drinks of any fast food place. Decent burgers, they have good ice cream, chicken, fries... lots of stuff.

I think Sonic is well known for having a big selection of drinks. I think we have them over here but only in the bigger towns.

We have Sonics in Las Vegas too. Although I don't go that often, I actually drive past a Sonic every day on my way home from work. Along with In and Out, Sonic burgers (both beef and chicken) are among my favorites for fast food and they do offer a large variety of drink flavors. Last time I was there, I ordered a watermellon Dr. Pepper which turned out to be really good.

I wanted to vote for Quiznos but i'm not sure if you'd consider that fast food so I voted for mcdonalds because their fries are the best

Worked at Taco Bell as a teenager..... that place is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!! Ringmaster, do not disparage the name of Taco Bell again or I may smite you!  ;D "WIN IF YOU CAN... SMITE ME IF I LET YOU" Sorry Tourney to dare blaspheme!  ;D Fact remains the cleanest place in THAT Taco Bell was the bathrooms. And the so called "meat" is like grade E frozen brown chunky vomit looking substance that they heat by placing in this diarrhea colored stale water. BUT don't let me stop ya! CrunchWrap away! I just hope you don't turn into Fry from Futurerama and the worms take over your body ... Although the worms did turn him into a genius... and you ARE the tourneymaster.... hmmmmm....  |

Voted McD's as i haven't been stationed anywhere that there hasn't been one...well except Galena, Alaska...there wasn't anything there...look it up on a map...you have to fly in 250 days a year and the other 110 you can take a boat up the Yukon...let's just say that it is "off" the beaten path...Ididarod comes through everyone other year!
If i am in CA or Las Vegas...it is In-n-Out...not a better burger anywhere! Double-Double for me...make that 2 of em and add Animal Fries!

Ringmaster, I'm fully aware that the quality of the ingredients is not top notch. Its a risk I am willing to take to get the runs at the border. And for the record I have read Fast Food nation and will still eat a McDonald's hamburger after knowing the process that goes into making that burger patty.  |

Payback Sonic would be like A&W here in michigan, but they offer more drinks/ice cream choices and they are a LOT cheaper. My wife's grandmother died this past week and we spent a HELLACIOUS 13 hours driving to North Carolins in my wife's tiny Seabring (with me driving all the way...huzzah!) on Thursday. The one thing that made the trip bearable was that there was a sonic a mile down the rode from our hotel, and we ate dinner there that first night. Yum yum I vote for Burger King though. You can't beat a whopper with cheese. |

I remember when I was in highschool that my friends and I would go to BK for burgers and then go by McDonalds for fries.
Anyone else ever do that or were we the only crazy ones?

BK messes my system up so when I eat its at my own risk....You know what really grinds my gears....Super Size Me....Morgan Spurlocks guilt trip in which like a moron he lives on Mcdonalds food for a month....its called moderation...u dont like it dont eat it...anyone knows the consequences if you overeat....i resemble that remark
