Back then, I'd have to pick He-Man or Super Friends. Right now, I'm confident in saying that Bugs Bunny soundly blows everything else on that list away. You missed a couple though:
Dungeons & Dragons Thundarr the Barbarian Transformers The Herculoids Dragon's Lair and Space Ace and everybody's favorite - The Smurfs

GI Joe is also suspiciously absent. (Also: Rock & Wrestling?)
I couldn't pick a favorite, though. Just reading that list overwhelms my nostaligia circuits.

Transformers! Old school Transformers was my favorite show, though when Beast Wars came out 10 years ago I loved that too. They've ruined the concept with the new cartoons IMHO...they've made them into a joke...but I'm not opinionated or anything. :-)

That is such a hard choice. That's one thing I could always draw was cartoon characters. I would be 4 years old drawing Hong Kong Phooey, Bugs Bunny, Fred Flintston for people...lol
Man, cartoons have gotten really sucky over the years. As much as I like cartoons, I HATE manga/anime. It's totally raped Cartoon Network now, that's all that is on there now.
I'm glad I have the Free Spot on my Insight....will give you a few different cartoons each month on Boomerang.
But to be honest, my all time favorite was Laff-A-Lympics. You could get 50 guys on one show...Yogi, Quick Draw, Mumbly, Scooby, Captain Caveman....awesome stuff!!

Yeah, they like putting it on in the evenings. You still don't seem to get very many classics on Cartoon Network anymore, they've been focusing more on Cartoon Network originals, the anime, and Adult Swim (which can bee totally hillarious or a total waste of a slot depending on the show). Laff-A-Lympics was a favorite of mine too as well as Wacky Races. To go along with the Bugs Bunny stuff, I loved anything by Tex Avery - House of the Future, Screwey (Screwball?) Squirrel, Droopy, and Wolf and Red for MGM.

You are right on that Chris. I do like some of the adult swim, but it seems like the anime/manga is just taking over slowly but surely.
Not a big fan of the Cartoon Cartoon stuff either....except Powerful Girls. I like a superhero show with some great villians (Superman, you should take note!)

The Grim Advnetures of BIlly and Mandy is top-shelf stuff (just for the concept alone), and I like Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and Juniper Lee too. The new show Ben 10 has been pretty good from the few episodes I've seen as well. Then again I'm just a big kid. As far as the Toonami/Miguzi stuff goes, Teen Titans and IGPX are both US cartoons, even if they look like anime. I definitely agree with you (Werner) about Adult Swim being wildly hot or cold, though.

It was G-Force(followed by Thundercats and Silverhawks) Mind you Gatchaman(the original Japanese version) blows G-Force/Battle of the Planets away

He man controlled my universe. I was born in 82 so as a little guy He man was THE show. I had all the action figures, all the castles, the vehicles...
When they brought he man back a few years ago (It MAY have been Cartoon Network, but my memory sucks) it just wasn't the same.
