Alright, the question has arisen of how to handle noting managers at ringside in the Stat Tracker. We've basically got two options for this, and I want to get some opinions on how you guys would like to see it done:
If we do it as a drop-down, you'd select a side's second from a drop down list of all available wrestlers and managers on your roster. The advantage to this is that it lets us track statistics for managers - you'd be able to get win/loss records for matches where Vin Strutter was at ringside, for example. The disadvantage is that it restricts us, in that there will be some cap on how many people you can have at ringside, and you'll also have to create new wrestler entries for managers that aren't a part of the official roster.
If we do it as an open text field, you'd just write in the seconds for each side. So you'd just write in "w/Vin Strutter" when The Amazing Mann comes out. This is the quickest way for me to get it done, so there's one plus, and it's an easy interface for y'all. We lose the ability to track managers that way, however.
So vote! Two ideas enter, one idea leaves! Whichever idea wins, I'll try to get in for the update on the 25th of this month.
