I went with A because it absolutely meets the Schemer Mot & Idiot Kram that we discussed.

Looks like there's a serious split in the A's vs the F's. We'll see if Happy Mot and Frightened Kram can catch up. I'm saving my vote so if there ends up being a tie, I may be the tie breaker.

I already told Werner in an e-mail that I like the frightened/happy combo of D myself, so it got my vote.
Any way you slice it, it'll be cooler than a polar bear's posterior.

I prefer to think of "frightened" as "What the hell are you doing?" That was my intent behind the pose: more confused than anything else. You know, rather Bean-esque. Anyone want to change their votes?  |

Just to make it more frightening, I took Tom's pictures in the bathroom. Actually, it was the closest place with a mirror. Tom wanted the expressions to look good so he mugged in the mirror and then turned towards me for the shot (I really hope he doesn't mind me sharing this). Mark just wipped the two he did out like they were routine.

No, he transforms into a nerd. Nerd is his second form. You even hear these clicking and whirring sounds during the transformation.

Ayup. But somehow I met a girl who didn't laugh. Too hard.
Yeah, those faces are pretty routine. It helps to have two small boys to practice them on, but their presence is really unnecessary when it comes down to it.

Here's the deal. We're going to have the people at this board make a few decisions regarding the look of the Mot and Kram announcer card for Promoter Madness 2. I figured because I didn't get to draw any of him at Galacticon (I was too busy watching people read lines in the sound booth) we'd figure this thing out as a group. There will be three polls total. The first one (this one) will focus on Mot and Kram's faces. I took a few pictures of Tom and Mark at the con and sketched them out last night. I cut and pasted the sketches making 6 different combinations. The choices are below. The winning combination will be the combination that will be used on the card.  A: Scheming Mot and Happy Bean (I mean Kram) B: Serious Mot and Happy Kram C: Happy Mot and Kram D: Frightened Kram and Happy Mot E: Frightened Kram and Scheming Mot F: Frightened Kram and Serious MotThose are great I vote them all! To funny especially of Tom. |
