Spoiler Warning: If you haven't read 2120 yet and want to be surprised by everything in it, don't read any further.
So assuming that the information that Exodus gives in the 2120 book about Trisis is correct, she could still be saved by the Ravagers' vaccine. What about Meteor? Does it mention anywhere whether or not he could still be saved? I'd like to see a Lance/Meteor team in 2121, personally.

I'd have to check the book, but I thought it said specifially that meteor couldn't be saved (and hence why Lance is now willing to fight him)

I just couldn't remember for sure, and I don't have the books here at work. Stupid work ...

I think Meteor was actually killed while Trisis was just converted.

Yep, page 23 of the 2119 book pretty well crushes my dreams of reuniting Lance and Meteor. Something about being overexposed to the Plague and rising from the grave. Looks like there's no more Meteor on the schedule.

but what about Corp. Tek/Tekaro? Wasn't he a zombie for a long time, and then all of a sudden he was cured?!?!

but what about Corp. Tek/Tekaro? Wasn't he a zombie for a long time, and then all of a sudden he was cured?!?! I believe that there are two ways that one can be infected by the plague: 1. to be alive but exposed to its infection (like Trisis, Tek, Murdok and possibly Cremator) or 2. to have your dead corpse infected by the plague (like Meteor, perhaps Cremator and many of the undead that you read about in the streets of Centra). The first type seem to retain their cognitive skills but are under the control of Murdok, while the latter are no longer capable of higher brain functions. Since the first type never died, when the infection is removed, they revert to their old selves (see Tekaro). However, if the second type are cured, they would revert to their old selves as well.... dead corpses. That's my guess based on what Kris has laid out there for us to read.

I see. That makes sense! Thanks for clearing that up Mike! Ray

That definately makes sense, but I didn't realize that Meteor was killed before he was infected with the plague.
