I was wondering that myself. Could be our first relationship of that kind in COTG. If you don't count Vanity and Creeper that is. ;D
The whole S&M thing was lost on me until seeing this post. I was wondering why Master wouldn't be first in the team name. DUH!
Whatever the true nature of their relationship is, it seems to be working as they dominated the Specialists (pun intended) last night to win the tag Essence in my fed.

Are you naughty boys saying that PainMaster and Sycophant are lovers? Well... could be... Maybe they DO share a sexual relationship... and this may be the very first same sex relationship in COTG history.... I think that this fits well in aCe though not in CPC and GWF due to the alternative universe and stuff. Well.... Kris?

I'll definitely leave this one open to interpretation. I just thought it a bizarre yet pretty interesting twist to associate these two. Actually, Sycophant came to life (straight outta the box) as I was thinking of a partner for PainMaster...or more precisely a reason to have him float over to the 'bad guys.' To me, his whip, the name 'PainMaster,' and the way the guy is standing in his latest artwork just screamed "dominatrix."  I know I'm a sicko, but I loved the idea of this tag team. ...I'm proud to see the two 'love birds' have gotten their first topic togther. ...kidding. ...or am I? ...sorry, I'll stop being stupid now. ~ :-Xsk |

I kinda got that impression too since painmaster says in the handbook that sychophant is his companion.They're off to a hot start as due to resurrection breaking up and having to vacate the essence tag titles scyhophant and master won the tournament for the belts and had a classic match aganist the specialists for the titles all though they were dq'ued when murdock interfered.
