I watch one episode, and the matches were all so one sided it turned me off.. they advertised that they were going to show 11 matches in the hour show as if it was a good thing.
It that typical, or is it usually better?

Thats the formula for the show. Not the one sided affairs but the 10 plus matches in two hours. The IFL I've seen is better then what you've witnessed, yes.

10 matches in two hours wouldn't be bad... I saw a 1 HOUR show with 10 matches.
Mabe I'll give it another shot.
I love the concept, I just thought the fighters were too mismatched.

Its been two hours for the past couple of months. I like the background info on the legendary coaches they got. Frank Shamrock's Razorclaws episode was humorous. Made Frank look like an idiot. Frank vs. Ken book it! Matt Horwich is a future superstar.

I enjoy it as well. Obviously not as much as UFC or PRIDE but it is still entertaining.

haven't gotten into this season.. Was at the championships last year. just so much MMA on these days it sort of gets lost in the shuffle Did you see that last episode with Don Frye's Scorpions? MAN! That episode could have been put into a "Smashing Machine 1.2" redux dvd. Mark Kerr is old! I didn't know Don went to rehab for a painkiller addiction. Don Frye and Mark Kerr are no longer top twenty material in the heavyweight division but one can't deny that if there was a World Heavyweight title in their dominate eras they would have it. IFL inspires nostalgia. Listening to the coaches and watching them help the coming generations into MMA is cool.

Did see that Kerr fight and it is sad. Kerr actually showed up for that fight which is a 50/50 prop now a days anyway.

Man the seats are empty in the arena here for the first fight this week. Dear Don? Seeing Kevin Jackson was cool. He doesn't like to lose. Moms of the IFL?
