I am using Dennis Condrey in my Legends , as a singles wrestler . Basically as Midnight Express are cruising along without him find . The card (Legends teams) has 3 tag offence moves on it . Its so frustrating re-rolling . Tom ever thought about doing a Legends SE singles card of Dennis ?

It'd probably just involve a couple more level 2 moves. I don't think Dennis had a particular singles run anywhere. He seemed to move from tag team to tag team.

Yeah he's not a singles wrestler. At all.

Yeah, no offense but just because you want a single's card for Dennis Condrey isn't enough to get one.
Remember Tom has to print a lot of these cards and it costs money.
If there were a TON of people clamoring for it.......maybe.
He's a tag wrestler.

My response on the other board Bazzy
well, the problem is that Dennis Condrey really never wrestled as a singles for any amount of time (try playing Sleeze's 2108, I think, card...the Twin Blood card).Condrey first made his mark in a team with Phil Hickerson in the Tennessee area, then moved on to the Midnight Express in the late 70s-early 80s in the Tennesse and Alabama areas, teaming with Norvell Austin & Randy Rose
Then, of course, going to Mid South, World Class and the NWA teaming with Bobby Eaton as the most famous version of the Midnight Express. After disappearing for almost 2 years, he resurfaced as the Orignal Midnight Express with Randy Rose in the AWA and then the NWA.
Bazzy, I do see what you mean because it does get old re-rolling. I made an unofficial rule where, say it's a double clothesline - 3 (tag). For a singles match, I just make it clothesline - 2 (make it one offensive level below).
I think I did it with all of my Memphis guys to avoid the re-rolling. So that's an option you could use Bazzy

I think we need to see a new Brutus card without the tag move (and a higher pw rating, IMO). Brutus' card reflects a less than one year period of a career that is limping into it's third decade. I had the "privilage" of working on a show with him late last year. Limping is being generous to the human beer-guzzling machine. And a nicer man you could not find. Wait a minute, that last line is a good place for one of those old "not" jokes. 1992 here I come!
But seriously, Condrey never had a singles run anywhere in his career. As has been suggested elsewhere I'd probably just switch the moves to singles moves at one offensive level lower than they are on the card. That's the rule with Butcher Vachon's double team move, and I think someone else in the GWF has had that instruction, too. AS far as the tag finisher, I'd just go ahead and re-roll it or sub in the singles finisher (0) in it's place.

Or you could find him a new partner for him.

Or you could find him a new partner for him. Tom could have Randy Rose if he wanted to.

Randy Rose sucks balls. We already have Virgil we don't need anymore total jobbers in Legends.

Maybe you're right. Just seems like there is alot of jobbers right now as is. Not sure about the next set though. Randy Rose would have to have a pin of at least 10(8) or it wouldn't be realistic. He sucked bad.

Ok, who is Randy Rose?
Never heard of him.
Relative of Buddy Rose maybe?

Ok, who is Randy Rose? Never heard of him. Relative of Buddy Rose maybe? He was an original founder of the Midnight Express along with Condrey and Norvell Austin in the Southeast/Continental area. They moved on to the Memphis area and, along with the Freebirds, had the first three man tag gimmick. He and Condrey, along with Paul E Dangerously as their manager, held the AWA World tag titles in the promotion's dying days You may remember his run in the NWA/WCW in late 88-early 89. They (Rose, Condrey and Dangerously) attacked and bloodied Cornette and beat down the MX (Lane/Eaton) on an episode of World Championship Wrestling (the Sat. night show). They battled at Starcade 88 and was to have ended at Wrestlewar 89 when the losing man had to retire. Condrey noshowed and was replaced by Jack Victory. Many of us would love to see the battle hit the LWF rings since the feud went unresolved after Condrey left (FYI, for those who never knew, Condrey was only contracted for three matches at the time. By the time WW 89 rolled around, they already used their three contracted matches and never bothered to sign him to a new contract, thus why he missed that big match). I also have a person who has Norvell Austin's contact info as well. I don't know if he would be a go, but I'm 99% sure Rose would be in. EDIT: I think it was the Chi Town Rumble in Feb of 89...

He sucked bad. I don't know about "jobber", but I think a PIN rating of around 8(5) would be fair. There is no doubt he wasn't as talented as Lane/Eaton or Condrey. But there are many MX fans out there in LWF who love to see that feud play out. So I think low mid card is fair...

Thanks mft.
I have no recollection of this guy.
I didn't see a whole lot of NWA/WCW stuff.
Some, but not a lot.

If I remember correctly he looked a lot like a Mulkey with less muscle tone.

Rose. Mulkeys. You be the judge on muscle tone. As for chest hair, advantage Randy.

"I DIDN'T KNOW , DID I ?" . I have never seen Dennis wrestles in real life or on tapes . So I didn't know he was a tag team wrestler . He will be staying in singles in my fed , to see what happens .
Yet I get SHOUTED at for wanting a card with 3 new moves on . It will cost Tom to much money . Yet another promoter wants another wrestler new card with one new move on it and that's okay . Ha ha ? .
