I think it will be easier for those that win a spot in the next set this year to come up with some storylines. Mainly because now if you want to you can target someone from the first set and have a personal grudge/history,etc

And by the time Promoter Madness 3 comes around, if you come to the con you'll be guaranteed a spot. Unless of course the drawing is open to those not at the convention...which is distinct possibility.
