Hey Tom, Mark, Kris, anyone else who will listen ...
Any chance on ever seeing a COTG ad during the Super Bowl?? ;D
I know it's really expensive, but we've got to get the word out about this game! Maybe the GWF can't afford it, but I think Colby should open up his pocket book and advertise! Are you listening Mark??
In all honesty though, has there ever been any thought to making a commercial for GWF, or more likely LOW (and airing it during TNA or something?)

Hmm this is a great idea. I am sure Tom has thought about it as he did make mention to how cool it would be to get Mean Gene to do a commercial for the Legends game. Another way you could maybe go is getting some of the really good Flash artists to do up something, Might be cheaper?
I think it would be cool to see something for Legends on during TNA.

I don't know. Depends on if he has a couple million dollars burning a hole in his pocket.

It might be more than that because I remember reading that a 30 second spot was over a million roughly 5-6 years ago.

Speaking of COTG and TNA. I think this is a opportunity both parties could benefit from.
This could give Tom a host of Legends for the game, and in return, TNA could have free advertising on the filsingergames board...just have a banner like many sites do just promoting the Saturday shows or monthly PPVs
Tom = getting legends for the game TNA = getting free advertising for their shows
Sounds like a win-win situation

You do get into issues of the wrestlers themselves demanding better stats.... but on the whole, I agree with you. Unfortunately, I think that TNA would want royalties for the game, which I can't imagine happening on any large scale.

I like these ideas about TNA. They may be responsive...I know some of them.
Maybe I'll look into it after aCe 2120 and Legends Fever are released.

I had heard on the radio that the advertising for the Super Bowl was $83,000 per second. I don't even feel like doing the math but that is alot of money.

I figured it out and our budget allows us to run an ad for 1/35th of a second at that price. Darn! The ad script I wrote calls for at least half a second! I guess it won't work.

We could all chip in and get us 3 full seconds.
"hii'mTomFilsingerandI'dliketotellyouaboutchampionsofthegal...."
Ad money well spent.

If Tom makes a commercial and I am not asked to be part of it I am going to be upset ... I didnt go to film school to tape local sporting events and weddings .... lol.
My backyard football highlights are sweet .... I am probably the best cameraman and commissioner of a backyard football league ever.
PS - I have done local commercials, I can tape and edit ... I AM VIDTEK!!!!!
