My federation is doing great at this moment, but its getting flooded with alot of wrestlers. I have 35 wrestlers on my roster at the moment with some new guys about to arrive. When should a wrestler retire from action.

That's how I do it too. There are some wrestlers who I use less often than others. But I personally don't have anyone actually leave my COTG fed until they do so in the official storylines.

I actually did retire Ursa Major the year before he got his first update so it worked well as I was able to just say he was actually taking the year off to train on Titan

I retire wrestlers when they lose interest.

35 is too many? Wow; I assume you've never played through the bulk of the GWF years when the roster was double that size.
There's no need to retire anyone. Maybe rotate a few in and out if need be, but 35 is a pretty manageable number.

Well I have 35 on the roster cause I started useing Tom's storylines, but things started getting off track and my own storylines kinda took over. I have star Warrior turn on his family and joins thantos over jealousy of his brother Alpha force return. From there my storylines really took over and now with 35 guys I the roster I think its time to retire some. Its hard to figure out who to retire cause some of the ones that been in my federation for awhile are still doing pretty good.

I have star Warrior turn on his family and joins thantos over jealousy of his brother Alpha force return. That's a clever idea. I might have to try that, especially because I like Alpha Force much more than Star Warrior.

As far as when you should retire a wrestler, something I did when I used to play, and I'm doing now that I've returned to the game.....keep track of injuries. What I used to do was once a wrestler was injured for a total of 100 fight cards, he was replaced. I never eliminated the card, I just altered it with a new name and a new finisher, and just added him into the next addition of new wrestlers. 100 doesn't seem like alot, but how often do you go to the feud table with the same wrestler that frequently.

I think i'll go with how they are doing in their matches. I retired Death Knight early in the game cause he couldn't win a single match he fought. He had 10 matches and lost every one of them. So I had it where he called it quits cause he thinks he sucks.

when Tom writes him out of the storyline. I do the same in my GWF because I go by the book. If you have another fed, like I do, then you can put a guy that you really dont want to retire in there.

The interesting thing to note is that the older cards get, they somehow show their age against newer cards, even when there hasn't been an official downgrade.
