In reading recent posts, I've seen some cards that are reguarded as one man's jobber(or even intended to be jobbers) have met different success in my fed. I've also seen some people say some really strong guys were doing jobs for them. As the dice roll, these things happen. So what has happened in your fed?
In mine, Pulsar beat Thantos for the GWF title back in 2087, before losing it to Star Warrior, in a match that he also almost won. Since then, Pulsar has proven to be a top contender; Pulsar Prime also held the title, losing it to Star Warrior again!
Pegasus' rookie card is currently a top contender for me in the end stages of 2095. He hasn't won the big one, but he kept Raven from doing so in a triple threat elimination match.
Alpha Force and Chaos started off VERY strong for me. In fact, Chaos was undefeated for over a year game time. Lately, things aren't so good. Alpha Force and Chaos both lost some really high profile jobs, with AF losing to Pegasus twice and Chaos losing to Wolf, a man he defeated repeatedly, twice.
The Neptunian Space Croppers were multiple time tag champs, beating the Gladiators quite a few times.
TitanPower are multiple time tag champions, and actually deserve the HOF entry they got that people debate about. Yes, even Billy Joe Boxer is doing well.
Lord Nexus won the GWF title as well, and beat most of the federation in a king of the galaxy tournament to do so. Exo King was pretty angry about that.
Speaking of Exo King, he's by far the least successful of any of his teammates, and I'm talking face or heel here. Bishop Hell EASILY outshined him, becoming the first man to hold every GWF title. Mad Jester eventually did the same thing.
Now that I'm using the divisions idea from Shazam's site, things like that don't happen much as the titles don't cross over like they used to, so it'll be a while before this happens again!

As much as I don't like Beast Rider, I have to admit that the Neptunian Spacecroppers have given both the Greek Gods and the Gladiators runs for their money in title matches so far in my restart. Renegade is really tough in my matches, and Beast Rider is the perfect supplement. It wouldn't surprise me if they win the tag titles at some point. They weren't the greatest when I was running my previous fed--they weren't even mediocre--but for some reason, this time around they want to prove they have what it takes. I've always liked TitanPower and Lord Nexus. TitanPower was a good tag team, and Lord Nexus's only problem was that he could never win the big match. Even in my restart, he's been unable to capitalize on the opportunities that he's earned.
Pulsar has maintained his jobber status. Star Warrior hasn't even been that great. He just received a major injury recently from Executioner, but he managed to beat Executioner in a Federation Exile Match for revenge. However, he's been unable to beat either Wolf or Thantos (my only two champions thus far--12 cards(or about 6 months in)).

I TOTALLY AGREE ABOUT YOUR POINT ABOUT ALPHA FORCE AND CHAOS!!! Looking back at my all time stats they have 1 Galaxian title between them (Chaos held it for less than a month), 2 IP, and 1 tag (Wolf and Chaos). Each had a knack for losing to the guy that would get the #1 contender role.
Pulsar is actually quite good in my league, he held the top prize for a bit before dropping it to Paragon.
I always have liked the one person no one seems to like in Sectarian, he's got good stats I think.
Id almost say Killer Queen, but Killer Queen is probably the second greatest superstar in my fed history holding all the titles for long amounts of time. If Thantos didnt dominate the Galaxian, KQ would be the man, myth and legend.

My makeshift team of Freaks and Geeks (Tendron and Rouser) beat Twin Blood (Dreggs and Sleeze) on one of my TV taping cards. I'm sure the other guys in our little group of promoters thought I made that up but it's true. Rouser was being abused and Tendron interfered, distracted the ref and clobbered Sleeze with the "you recover and go for the pin!" deal. Twin Blood rolled a 2 for that pin. Of course they murederd them in the rematch next week. But that was a pretty big upset.

Yeah Mad Jester was a 2 or 3 time GWF champion for me too, and a 3-4 time tag champion.

Well the Neptunian Space Croppers have mostly been job boys in my GWF so far, though they usually give other teams a run for thier money. However thier feud with Vanity has proven surprising as it's produced some pretty good hardcore matches.
In fact Beast Rider and Vanity are the front runners for match of the year in 2087 thanks to the Titan Death Match they had on one of my shows. Vanity in fact seems to be turning into somewhat of a hardcore icon.
Thantos hasn't been doing as well for me as I'd have liked. He's not horrible but I expected him to have a much better record then he does. I certainly never expected him to be having a loosing streak to Lord Nexus.

Darkos, Pit-Viper and Dragonmaster
Both of them are multiple champions in my feds, GWF Championship, I-P Championship, Cruiserweight Champion and Tag Team Champions. These 2 "undercards" are probably the greatest overachievers that weren't considered Main-Eventers.

I havent played GWF if quite some time, I play CPC all the time, but when I did Chaos was the Undefeated Galaxian Champion for FOUR game editions, which would be two years real time. Meteors first card held the cruiserweight title. Wolf never held any title except the Heavy Metal title. He would choke when it came to the IP and Galaxian titles.

A year or so ago, Antak got involved in the whole AniMen-Aethrans feud and I put him up against Havoc and he shocked him....then beat Paralyze....then beat then-champ Disaster in a non-title match....so I played up the huge underdog angle and gave Antak an actual title shot....and he won it!
He didn't hold on to it long, but it was a legit rise to the top that still amazes me. I tried it again with the Hardcore Division earlier this year and it just didn't work.

Aquinas that sounds a lot like Skinhead in my fed. When he broke off of Prodigy, he all of a sudden caught fire and won the cruiserweight title. Then I was planning on having Dreggs the Holovision champ fight then Interplanetary champ Colossus to unify the titles. But I decided he would defend one more time against Skinhead. Skinhead won and then called out Colossus and beat him too. In a shocking turn of events I then vacated the Galaxian title (When I was Vector One, the V1 formula was taking too much effect on me and I quit wrestling and scoured the galaxy trying to find a cure, I just recently returned fine ... so don't worry about me lmao). Skinhead friggin won that tournament and in a span of seven days claimed every single singles title in the federation. Funny side story Prodigy then took the cruiserweight title off him. The Holovision title and Interplanetary were unified but then Skinhead lost that title to Malice. Skinhead the idiot challenged the Aethrans single handedly. He fought off Malice for a couple weeks but it was Vengeance who got him. Skinhead after losing the titles when on a horrible losing streak and never recovered. Skinhead has one of the quickest rises and then falls in my federations history. Though him and Prodigy NEVER grabbed the tag titles which always bothered me.

Another update in jobbers
Deathknight from 2087 almost won a 10 man battle royal at my last card and gained some more ground towards a title shot. He is doing well for me

I can't believe my eyes, I'm in 2094 right now and Meteor storm just beat Advanced Guard in a few moves when Astro Turk hit the finisher and pinned Cannibal. Of course those two are shouting from the rooftops that they can beat anyone now and want a shot at the title.
In 2089 The Mutant won six straight matches to get a shot at the Galaxian belt held by Thantos. Of course Thantos came in all proud and looking bored. The Mutant beat him looked around and was handed the belt, which he started chewing on. Kraken went nuts and started yelling no rematch, but cooler heads prevaled and Thantos was given a shot at his title the next month. Which he crushed the Mutant, despite Krakens interference. The Creeper stays in the top 10 most of the time. Bishop Hell however, can't catch a break and is DQ'd almost every time out. Hasn't been near the top ten in a while. Lance At-las and Massif are mid-carders. And Commander Sam is ranked 8th right now. Who knows maybe the old man might get a title shot before he retires.

Of course, I made it that the New Order interfered (a direct copy of the Memphis angle when the Fabulous Ones cost the Assassins the CWA World Tag titles against Ken Raper and Robert Reed, two local jobbers) But the Gladiators literally crushed them in the rematch.

will they be given a title shot ? Wow, umm that was their first and only win. Plus Advanced Guard was only ranked 7th. Also Cannibal wants a handicap match to prove it was fluke. My Champions, the GalactiCops are in a mean feud with the Gladiators, I don't think they want to chance a run in a get beat by the worst tag team ever.
