Hmmm... I'm not a rocket scientist or anything, but I think that to out post a poster, you need to post more than that poster. Banning someone from posting because they post is kind of a dumb idea. It's like telling someone to stop breathing because they keep breathing.
If you want to outpost Neilybob, you need to outpost Neilybob...
Although I know the second I post this, I can envision a bunch of my fellow poster gathering in a basement like the Warcraft episode of South Park...
