The Fed Forum is Screwed Up

Keeping everything in your main thread is fine. The main reason the news board was done was for one shot shows and fed blurbs. This keeps the fed threads all together. We decided to do it across all the fed boards to keep some uniformity of the boards intact. Though some sub-boards may be used less than others.
